Pins can be mailed or picked up at the zoo.
When ordering, please select your preferred method of receiving your pin:

• Mailed: Pins are sent in regular envelopes, so tracking numbers are not available. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your pin has been mailed. Please allow 2–4 weeks from your order date for delivery.
• Pickup: Pins can be picked up at the zoo any day between 9 AM–2 PM. Just let staff know when you plan to arrive!

Pins will also be available for purchase at Spring Spectacular and the ABMA/IAATE Conference 2026.
If possible, please order and pay ahead of time — we will have your pins ready for quick pickup at both events.
