Welcome to The Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College!

Thank you for planning your visit to The Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College.  The Teaching Zoo is the living classroom for the students in the Animal Care and Training Program and home to over 100 different animal species. Here the creatures are the teachers.

Every guest will require a ticket to enter the Zoo.  Please carefully select the date of your visit and ensure that you have selected the correct day prior to completing your purchase. Please note we do not accept American Express or Discover Card.

Members receive exclusive early entry beginning at 10:00am, including a special opportunity to take a birthday photo with Clarence from 10:00–10:45am. Please note: no photos with Clarence will be available for guests entering after 10:45am.

Plus, the first 100 members will receive FREE shaved ice! (Number of shaved ice tickets based on membership size.)

Early entry tickets MUST be purchased ahead of time to participate.
