Welcome to The Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College!

Thank you for planning your visit to The Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College.  The Teaching Zoo is the living classroom for the students in the Animal Care and Training Program and home to over 100 different animal species. Here the creatures are the teachers.

Every guest will require a ticket to enter the Zoo.  Please carefully select the date of your visit and ensure that you have selected the correct day prior to completing your purchase. Please note we do not accept American Express or Discover Card.

World Tiger Day Celebration at the Zoo!

Join us as we celebrate World Tiger Day and our rescued tigers, Neil & Karma!

Tigers once roamed across much of Asia and the Middle East, but today they occupy only about 7% of their historic range. Visit the zoo to learn more about these incredible cats and discover how you can help support tiger conservation.
